Rolex Womens watch pre WW1 9ct Gold case Marked W&D - Engraved Back dated 1918

This is a very attractive Womens watch which we do not have the expertise to accurately date.
However it carries a low serial number on the inside of the case and not the name Rolex indicating it is possible that it is an early London Wilsdorf & Davis produced item.
It carries a 9ct.gold mark and the W&D insignia.
IT IS NOT IN WORKING ORDER
However this watch is most certainly pre 1918 as it carries an engraved dedication on the rear case "To Bessie from Bert Xmas 1918".
All data considered this watch appears to be a very RARE survivor of the early years of the  Wilsdorf & Davis organisation.
