How to use this chronograph:
-
The watch is manual wind: it must be wound daily by turning the crown clockwise until resistance is felt.
-
The upper pusher starts and stops the chronograph hand (central seconds in blue).
-
The lower pusher resets the chronograph hand and the 30-minute register back to zero.
-
The small subdial at 9 o’clock tracks running seconds.
-
The subdial at 3 o’clock records up to 30 minutes when the chronograph is active.
This functionality is typical of mid-20th century Swiss chronographs.
